Are your products authentic?
Yes. All our products are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted distributors and suppliers.
Do I get free gifts with my order?
Yes, from £50. Every order travels the Trail Rewards and everything in your pack counts (gift cards excluded): card sleeves + toploaders from £50 and a Vault X binder from £150 (you choose the colour). Gifts are added to your pack automatically.
Is it cheaper to buy more than one?
Yes. Most products have pack prices: buy 2 or more of the same product and each one is about 10% cheaper, 3 or more and each is about 15% cheaper (items under £10: from 3 and from 6). Different versions of the same product count together, and the lower price is applied in your pack and at checkout.
What language are the cards in?
The language is always stated on the product page. If a product is listed as English, it contains the English edition.
What happens if this product is a pre-order?
Pre-order products ship once we receive the official stock. Where it's been announced, the expected release date is shown on the product page.
What condition will my product arrive in?
All products are shipped new and sealed unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description.
